When I started working out I was 17 years old, 190lbs and seeing a psychologist dealing with personal issues. I’m about 5’7” tall so you can imagine I was a little overweight. My counselor suggested I should get some physical activity and gave me a coupon to buy some sessions. I began working out at Ofit and it was not easy but overtime I have improved my overall fitness. I have lost 40 pounds and now I can run long distance. My personality has changed also. I’m more interactive and sociable. At school I’ve become the ideal student. I have discipline and a new mentality about what my goals are now. Personal Training is a great resource.
