At age 60, I started working out with my Personal Trainer when I wanted to be ready for trekking at high altitude in Bhutan. Three years later, I’m still with my personal trainer. He has helped me in so many ways: managing my high blood pressure, with nutrition advice, with stamina, balance, and strength. I am more active, stronger, and healthier than I have ever been. Although losing weight was not a goal, I have dropped a size in clothing because of the way my body has changed. I love that he designs workouts specifically for me whether it is to challenge me, hone strength, or address a weakness.
